Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, accommodating clients' schedules and preferences. Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress to ensure therapeutic goals are met. Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques, adapting approaches to fit each client's unique situation. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment interventions according to state and federal guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the full scope of clients' mental health needs. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the protection of client welfare and privacy. Patient Population / Client Focus The clientele at Green Oak Mental Clinic encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Active and valid state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Strong understanding of telehealth practices and commitment to maintaining technological proficiency in digital platforms. Preferred Experience Previous experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in remote settings, is highly desired. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an adaptable approach to client needs. Demonstrated skill in effective communication and rapport-building within a virtual environment. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
