We are looking for a motivated attorney with at least one year of transactional experience to join a boutique commercial law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. This in-office role offers the opportunity to build a practice focused on commercial real estate and contract matters while working closely with experienced legal professionals. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of commercial real estate matters, including transactions, leasing arrangements, and related legal documentation.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts tied to business operations, real estate deals, and other commercial matters.

• Support transactions from initial due diligence through closing, ensuring documents are accurate and deadlines are met.

• Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on issues involving property rights, contractual obligations, and risk exposure.

• Work directly with partners and clients to develop strategies that align legal solutions with business objectives.

• Prepare correspondence, agreements, and ancillary documents with a strong focus on precision and enforceability.

• Manage an active caseload in an in-office setting while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.

• Active license to practice law in Arizona in good standing, or ability to waive in.

• At least 1 year of experience handling commercial real estate and/or contract law matters.

• Demonstrated ability to draft, analyze, and negotiate legal agreements with limited supervision.

• Strong understanding of transactional workflows, document review, and issue spotting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Highly organized approach to managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
