Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while still being part of a collaborative team. We operate in a community health clinic setting, which means you will have access to a network of healthcare professionals, enhancing your practice and the care provided to clients. Our work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility as needed to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Apply a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their treatment process.

• Document all clinical interactions diligently, maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring accurate and confidential records.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to devise comprehensive care strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and available treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and readily accessible community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele who are facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with severe anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Our therapists utilize an integrative and client-centered approach to ensure that each individual’s unique experiences and needs are prioritized in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.
