Technical Sales Manager – Robotics & Sensing (Bay Area / Remote) We’re partnered with an early‑stage sensing technology company building next‑generation solutions for robotics and intelligent systems. This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a hybrid position sitting at the intersection of robotics, hardware, and business development. If you’ve worked closely with engineers and understand how sensors actually get integrated into real systems, this is worth a conversation. What you’ll be doing Build pipeline from scratch across the robotics and automation ecosystem Engage directly with electrical and mechanical engineers on real applications Introduce sensing technologies and support evaluation, integration, and customization Work closely with internal engineering teams to support customer‑specific solutions Represent the company at key industry events and within the robotics community What makes this role different Early‑stage environment with real product and technical depth Focus on humanoid robotics and advanced automation companies Highly technical, application‑level selling — not transactional Direct visibility into product, engineering, and customer strategy Opportunity to help define how the company penetrates the U.S. robotics market What they’re looking for Background in robotics, sensors, or automation hardware Experience working with engineering teams (EE / ME) on product integration Technical sales, applications engineering, or similar hybrid experience Ability to confidently engage in technical discussions with customers Comfortable building relationships and generating your own opportunities Existing network in robotics is a major plus Compensation KPI‑driven bonus focused on pipeline and customer development (not pure commission) Health reimbursement, 401k, and home office support Location Remote / home office with regional travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Recruiters
