Director of Development & Fundraising Strategy
Hispanics in Philanthropy - Remote (Chicago, Oakland, New York City, Washington, D.C. preferred)
Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) seeks a Director of Development to lead HIP’s fundraising team, growing and managing relationships with foundations, corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and other donor groups. The role focuses on designing and overseeing fundraising strategies and processes to support HIP’s operating functions, programmatic initiatives, and regranting efforts.
