Tax Manager

Growing CPA firm is looking for their next Tax Manager. This firm is a small to mid-size firm that just finished a merger and looking to continue to expand their firm.
Tax Manager Path To Partner
- 7+ years of experience with tax and accounting and management
- Must have at least 7 years of management experience
- Prep/Review experience
- Active CPA license (will look at EA) (possible for those on the CPA path, depending on how they are in the process)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Generalist
- Experience with CCH Excess, Engagement manager, QuickBooks, Pro Systems FX tax, Sage
- Experience and willingness to prep returns (if needed) - 1040, 1120, 1120s, 1065, 1041
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and relationship-building skills
- Prep/Review: Need to be able to review returns. Also need to be able to step in and prep returns when needed.
