Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans that address the unique mental health needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that complies with all regulatory standards essential in our field.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively, as determined by the clinical team, to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that are tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to our commitment to quality care and compliance.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support networks, ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive care.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels to support the mission of Life Change Behavioral Center within the community and fulfill contractual obligations.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and seek new funding opportunities.

• Participate in continued professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to refine your expertise and share insights representing our agency.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs.
