Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to understand their individual needs and craft effective, personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, using a blend of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse client demographic, including individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety, and other emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
