Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methods to create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate clients' healing journeys.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a secure and confidential manner, complying with HIPAA regulations to maintain the highest professional standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.

• Engage in peer consultation and case review to continually refine your skills and adapt to new challenges within the mental health landscape.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health topics, empowering them with the knowledge and resources they need for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in New York State.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a commitment to providing personalized, client-centered mental health care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances and trust with clients.

• Ability to analyze complex client situations and develop effective, strategic interventions to enhance treatment outcomes.
