Work Environment\n

This position will be performed in a fully remote setting, allowing our LCSWs the flexibility to connect with patients from the comfort of their own space. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive timely support. Our digital infrastructure is equipped with advanced technology, enabling secure communication and effective management of patient records through electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support and psychotherapy to individuals dealing with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social factors that impact their well-being.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and responsive to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
