Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and craft individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual, couples, and family scenarios.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support in mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
