Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate client documentation including assessment reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance records ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to the complexities of each client’s situation.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques, modalities, and ethics in healthcare.

• Prepare to manage crises by providing immediate support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Encourage clients to engage in effective self-care strategies while modeling wellness practices for their daily lives.

• Utilize a variety of virtual platforms to ensure safe, secure, and effective delivery of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents navigating teenage challenges, adults facing familial stress, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. Each session is designed to create a safe space where clients feel valued and heard, enabling meaningful progress in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field。

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise providing therapy to individuals and couples, with an understanding of family dynamics.

• Proficient in completing thorough assessments and synthesizing findings into actionable treatment plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the capability to navigate electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 per year, reflective of experience and expertise.
