Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mood disorder symptoms by evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration through comprehensive interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that resonate with their unique needs, goals, and treatment preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote emotional and behavioral healing.

• Provide education and psychoeducation for individuals and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to reflect their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 70,000 and 100,000, plus sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates.
