Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through comprehensive evaluations.

• Formulate customized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster positive client outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Track and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working primarily with individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward improved mental health by offering tailored interventions and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
