Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients by assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in addressing and managing their mental health challenges.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mood disorders, alternative treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote long-term recovery.

• Regularly track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated care and enhance the support provided to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
