Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure efficient communication and reporting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and address complex client needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to promote long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n
