Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and seminars, to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescent clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
