Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a secure and user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based practices tailored to their circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance during critical situations.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health therapy through continuing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and exhibit a wide range of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics. Your empathetic and client-centered approach will play a key role in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and a patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a counseling or mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and experienced in providing remote therapy sessions.
• A compassionate demeanor with a strong ability to engage remotely and establish rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
