Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing therapeutic support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all clinical interactions, including detailed case notes, treatment plan reviews, and follow-up assessments in accordance with organizational policies.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions to inspire clients to reach their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other professionals (including medical personnel and school staff) to coordinate services and optimize client outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
