Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, reassessing treatment goals, and discussing any necessary changes in strategy.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
\n
• Document clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes and intake assessments are current and comply with best practices.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs and create a positive initial experience.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, ensuring approaches are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in mental health treatment.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to promote continuous professional development and mentorship.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain a growth mindset and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses particularly on youth and families, catering to various mental health needs including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges. You will employ different therapeutic techniques and interventions suitable for younger populations, emphasizing empathy and understanding in your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent as required by Colorado state law.
\n
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Prior experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.
\n
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital platforms for telehealth consultations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working specifically with youth and adolescents in a clinical setting.

• Background in developing family-centered treatment plans and engaging families in the therapeutic process.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
