Administrative Assistant

Atrium

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client an Administrative Assistant based in Belmar, NJ.A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law.Position: Administrative AssistantLocation: Belmar, NJCompensation: 50,000Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the sales team and assist with cross-departmental administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations by managing documentation, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales team with daily administrative duties to ensure efficient workflowAssist the sales team with quoting, proposals, and customer documentation for accuracy and timelinessReview sales order packages for completion and proper submissionAssist Account Representatives with research to support analysis and reportingManage the equipment order process, including entering Purchase & Sales orders in the ERP systemSet up new equipment models in system to maintain accurate product dataRequired Experience/SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn and work within ERP systems or CRMExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred Experience/SkillsPrevious experience in an administrative or sales support roleFamiliarity with ERP or CRMAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlinesEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
