Overview
Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) travel assignment in Sonora, California. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range $1,957–$1,997. This is a travel - temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition; administer medications and therapies as ordered.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; utilize critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across shift changes; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, plans of care, interventions, and patient progress.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit policies and quality metrics.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active RN license (state to be determined by assignment).
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Experience: ICU or critical care experience preferred.
- Shifts: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity setting.
- Availability: Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and to travel as required.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and effective communication with a multidisciplinary team.
