Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our community health clinic. You will engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams and utilize secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to document care accurately and efficiently. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals, including utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focusing on common mental health challenges, encouraging patient engagement and support.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, equipping patients with coping strategies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and guide them towards appropriate community resources and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations while keeping patient information confidential.

• Engage actively in case consultations and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements and research in mental health therapy to continuously improve service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse range of patients, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with conditions like depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse problems. You will play a pivotal role in offering tailored support and therapeutic interventions to help individuals regain control over their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Outstanding assessment skills with a track record of developing effective treatment approaches.

• Previous experience providing therapy to diverse populations, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills aimed at fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Commitment to professionalism, including strong ethical standards and adherence to clinical boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
