Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their personal goals and preferences into evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing changes in clients' mental health status.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$100,000 annually, plus additional bonuses.
