Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, employing effective communication strategies to address relational challenges and improve partnership dynamics.

As an LMFT at Central Mind of Cure Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse client population facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth sessions, including relevant platforms and electronic records management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
