Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to identify clients’ concerns and craft tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care that encompasses all facets of the client’s mental health journey.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement and understanding in the treatment process, thereby enhancing the recovery environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Serenity Medical Center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related area is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
