Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities, including risk assessments and crisis plans, to meet compliance and licensing requirements.

• Actively participate in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold Genesis Health Clinic's commitment to excellence in mental health services.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to facilitate comprehensive care and service access for clients.

• Foster strong relationships within the community, identifying opportunities for partnerships, funding, and collaborative projects.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending relevant conferences, participating in statewide committees, and pursuing educational opportunities.

• Embrace and promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work as a mental health counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
