CRM Business Systems Analyst

Driving data insights and optimizing business systems, the full-time CRM Business Systems Analyst will manage CRM administration, user support, and data integrity while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance workflows, all within a flexible work environment that allows for remote capabilities and occasional onsite collaboration. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM system administration and user support Train users on system functionality and develop documentation and training materials Maintain accurate CRM data and perform audits to enforce data standards Required qualifications 2-5+ years of experience working with CRM systems and data analysis Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization Experience with reporting, dashboards, and query development Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
