Our client, a leading hospitality provider, is seeking a Head Chef to join their team. As a Head Chef, you will be part of the culinary department supporting the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, creativity, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and maintain procedures and standards within the kitchen to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain complete knowledge of equipment use and sanitation regulations.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Foster positive relations with team members and guests at all times.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
