Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor client outcomes and adjust therapeutic interventions based on progress and feedback.

• Provide emotional support and therapeutic guidance to clients, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for growth.

• Develop rapport with clients and families to foster trust and encourage engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children and families facing mental health challenges, as well as adults managing stressors related to life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. The clients you engage with may experience a wide range of emotional, social, and behavioral issues, and you will play an integral role in facilitating their progress and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently, utilizing technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions and maintain client records securely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 60,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
