This position is remote, enabling our team members to provide high-quality mental health support to patients from various backgrounds. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is key, as occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues in the context of co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in integrated care settings and a track record of collaboration with medical professionals.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive clinician-patient relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient mental health services, especially in integrated care settings, will be given preference.
