Jobticket+ ist die Komplettlösung für Firmen, um ihren Mitarbeitenden das Deutschlandticket und andere Mobilitätslösungen zu bieten. Wir suchen eine super motivierte und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit als Account Executive (AE), die Lust hat, unseren B2B-Vertrieb groß zu machen. Aufgaben Dein Job: Als Account Executive (AE) bist du dafür verantwortlich, unsere Jobticket+ Lösung aktiv an Unternehmen zu verkaufen. Du spielst die Hauptrolle dabei, unsere Marktpräsenz auszubauen und neue Unternehmen als Kundschaft zu gewinnen. Der Job ist stark Outbound-fokussiert : Du schnappst dir KI-qualifizierte Leads und brauchst eine echte "Hunter"-Mentalität mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im B2B-Vertrieb und im "Closing" (Abschluss) von Deals. Deine Aufgaben: Du managst den gesamten Sales-Prozess: Von der automatisierten Lead-Generierung über die Inbound-Konvertierung bis zum Abschluss (Closing). Du findest und kontaktierst die richtigen B2B-Ansprechpersonen aus verschiedenen Branchen. Du entwickelst und verfolgst KI-gesteuerte Sales Strategien, um deine Ziele zu erreichen (und zu übertreffen!). Du baust gute Beziehungen zu den wichtigen Entscheidungstragenden bei Kunden auf und pflegst sie. Demo-Calls: Du präsentierst Jobticket+ und zeigst potenziellen Kund:innen, welchen Mehrwert wir bieten. Du verhandelst Verträge und bringst die Deals sicher nach Hause. Du nutzt unsere KI-Tools, um Markttrends zu verstehen, die Konkurrenz im Auge zu behalten und neue Chancen zu finden. Du lieferst uns zuverlässige und pünktliche Sales-Forecasts (Prognosen) und Berichte. Qualifikation Was du mitbringen solltest: Muss: Deutsch auf muttersprachem Niveau. 2-5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung Du hast nachweislich als B2B Account Executive (oder in einer ähnlichen Closing-Rolle) deine Verkaufsziele (Quotas) regelmäßig übertroffen. Du verstehst den B2B-Verkaufsprozess in- und auswendig. Du bist ein Kommunikations- und Verhandlungstalent, besonders wenn es ums Closing geht. Du kannst super mit Menschen und baust leicht starke Kundenbeziehungen auf. Du bist motiviert, ergebnisorientiert und hast richtig Lust auf Erfolg. Du arbeitest selbstständig und managst deine eigene Sales-Pipeline. Du hast schon mal mit KI-gestützten Sales-Tools gearbeitet. Erfahrung in der Mobilitäts- oder Transportbranche?
