Work Environment The role is conducted in a flexible remote setting, allowing you the ability to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a direct line of connection with clients through our outpatient office framework. This structure supports a dynamic approach to counseling, enabling you to adapt to the varying needs of your caseload while employing modern telehealth technologies for therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities Supervise the clinical care of diverse patient populations, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and regulations. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique psychological needs of each client, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities. Perform thorough assessments of patients, documenting treatment plans and progress notes that clearly articulate patient goals and outcomes. Manage a caseload of patients facing an array of psychological challenges, employing evidenced-based practices to create effective intervention strategies. Collaborate with patients and their families to establish actionable treatment plans that promote healing and recovery. Facilitate crisis intervention services, employing advanced clinical skills to respond promptly and effectively to urgent situations. Evaluate and adapt treatment plans regularly to incorporate new insights from ongoing patient assessments and feedback. Educate and support patients and their families through the provision of programs designed to reinforce therapeutic goals and foster resilience. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work predominantly with adults and adolescents experiencing varying levels of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. The diverse backgrounds and unique needs of our clients empower you to develop a holistic understanding of mental health challenges, thus enhancing your therapeutic skills. Qualifications A valid state license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory. A minimum of two years’ direct experience working in a clinical setting is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Preferred Experience Experience in group therapy facilitation and individual psychotherapy. Background in teletherapy or virtual counseling practices. Familiarity with mental health evaluation tools and clinical documentation formats. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 based on experience and licensure. Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Flexible scheduling options: Choose to work between 5 to 40 hours a week. Performance bonuses of up to an additional $2,000 depending on state licensure.
