As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Evara, you will engage in a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to consult with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will primarily serve clients in an outpatient capacity, working with diverse populations who are seeking therapy for relational, emotional, and behavioral issues. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and strengths, and developing comprehensive treatment plans in line with their goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are specifically designed for couples and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.

• Guiding clients through various life transitions, trauma histories, and relational difficulties by implementing tailored approaches for each individual or family unit.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with other professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic treatment pathways are maintained for our clients.

• Maintaining clear and confidential clinical documentation through electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in regular case consultations, ongoing training opportunities, and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing therapeutic support to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Tennessee, or the ability to become licensed within 90 days of hire.

• Experience working effectively with couples, families, and diverse populations in therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and familiarity with clinical documentation standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of supervised experience in providing therapy as an LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Evara Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and educational background. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
