Main Line Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Manassas, Virginia. This full-time position is focused on providing exceptional outpatient care, helping patients recover mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. You will play a crucial role in designing tailored treatment plans and guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey.

Work Environment

You will work in a welcoming, onsite rehabilitation center that fosters a supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Your typical work schedule will be from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while you contribute positively to our community. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions based on each patient's specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Assume responsibility for a manageable patient load, ensuring each individual receives focused and compassionate attention throughout their therapy sessions.
• Exhibit expertise in orthopedic outpatient care through the application of evidence-based methods and treatment modalities.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies designed to improve patients' mobility and restore functional motion.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options to decrease reliance on medication and enhance patient recovery.
• Create comprehensive care plans that employ diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to patient needs, including manual therapy and exercise programming.
• Monitor and report on patients' progress, continuously adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
• Document all services provided accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain thorough patient records.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, reinforcing a commitment to health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient rehab center provides care to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of varying ages and physical abilities, tailoring your approach to meet their unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean record free of sanctions.
• Exceptional knowledge of manual therapy techniques and a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment regimens.
• A dedication to continuing education and staying current with evolving best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically with orthopedic patients.
• A proven track record of developing personalized treatment plans that lead to successful rehabilitation outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to a dynamic work culture.

Compensation and Benefits
