Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, ensuring weekends are free for personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to address client needs.

• Evaluate and assess clients through thorough examinations to establish treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training relevant to the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key member of our therapy team, you will work with a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
