Work Environment\n

This position is categorized under our outpatient office setting, allowing for flexibility in remote work arrangements. Therapists will have the resources and infrastructure necessary to provide effective virtual therapy sessions while maintaining a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will join a dynamic team dedicated to promoting mental wellness with structured schedules, ensuring optimal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address individual client needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide treatment interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster resilience and empowerment.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive integrated care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to continually refine and enhance treatment methodologies.

• Uphold confidentiality by maintaining accurate records adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will engage with a diverse population, providing assistance to individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including vulnerable groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your role is fundamental in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and work towards recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
