Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health clinician, you will enjoy the flexibility of designing your work schedule while having the autonomy to determine your weekly caseload, which typically ranges from 10 to 30 billable hours. Our outpatient services are delivered via telehealth, making it easier for you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Although the majority of client interactions will be virtual, opportunities for group consultations, support meetings, and occasional in-person gatherings will be available, fostering team cohesion and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for individuals and families in an outpatient setting.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including crisis intervention, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients, interpreting findings and proposing treatment plans based on clinical expertise.

• Manage electronic health records effectively, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and therapeutic progress.

• Participate in case consultations, departmental meetings, and continuing educational opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care and documentation processes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of supervised experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
