Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Keep accurate and organized documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment milestones, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families across various backgrounds. You will engage with children, adolescents, and adults facing numerous mental health issues—such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma—while prioritizing an inclusive and empathetic therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential to this role.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, demonstrating altruism and sensitivity toward client needs.

• Competence in conducting timely and thorough client assessments, including the ability to complete meaningful treatment plans and progress notes.

• Strong writing and communication skills, with a readiness to learn and utilize electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
