Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

• Meticulously document all client interactions and monitor progress through detailed, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care clinicians, to facilitate integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and uphold ethical standards as mandated by licensing boards and the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
