Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, including initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and needs, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide high-quality therapy services across various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring an adaptable approach to meet specific client situations.

• Track clients' progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining an ongoing dialogue to ensure client insight and satisfaction.

• Offer crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to assist clients in urgent situations.

• Manage accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
