Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to address and support each client's unique mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse client population ranging from children to adults navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Each counselor is trained to approach client care with sensitivity and adaptability, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are bespoke and resonate with each individual’s background, experiences, and personal needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated competency with a full license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong communication skills and aptitude for providing virtual therapy, ensuring clarity and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
