Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through comprehensive clinical assessments, implementing interventions that address specific emotional and behavioral issues.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed, fostering an atmosphere of open communication to encourage client feedback and engagement in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
