This remote position allows our counselors to interact with clients virtually while contributing to the clinic's overall mission. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for clients to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with department standards.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention for clients facing immediate emotional and behavioral challenges, providing support and resources as needed.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers within the community to ensure a holistic approach to client care and facilitate access to additional resources.

• Work with clients on discharge planning and care coordination, including consultations with family members or support systems when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, trauma histories, and emotional disorders. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups, requiring you to be adaptable and inclusive in your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing mental health services, demonstrating a strong ability to assess and treat clients effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple clients and their needs.

• Proficient in using technology for therapy delivery, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and MS Office tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications in specialty areas such as trauma-focused therapy, group therapy facilitation, or behavioral health interventions. Experience in a community health setting will also be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
