Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, including a thorough analysis of suicide risk.

• Provide crisis intervention services and psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs, especially in challenging environments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and address complex psychiatric disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical reports as mandated, prioritizing ethical standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate best practices for mental health care.

• Actively consult with care teams and communicate effectively with clients and support staff regarding treatment strategies.

• Deliver on-call crisis services and emergency consultations during workdays to respond promptly to client needs.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field from an accredited program.

• An independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) which qualifies you to practice in the state of Oregon.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a large caseload and interface with a wide range of healthcare providers.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation.

• A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to veterans' homes for on-site visits as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
