Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Carilion, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' therapeutic needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in your therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure online platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults presenting a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, the following credentials and experiences are required:

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions against you from relevant licensing boards.
