Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs, strengths, and goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a mix of individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering connections among clients, encouraging shared experiences, and promoting accountability.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment records that are compliant with all state and federal regulations, ensuring documentation reflects accurate descriptions of client interactions and progress.

• Collaborate with the clinical director to review treatment records, chart audits, and ensure that both group and individual therapy notes meet organizational standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the experience and value you bring to our organization.
