Our telesales specialists provide you with hot leads, which you finally bag. The potential new customer is still a little unsure and has questions? No problem for you! Thanks to your friendly advice and unbeatable arguments, concluding the contract is a mere formality, which we will then celebrate together with the entire team! Your core tasks at a glance: Letting hot leads cool off? Not an option for a sales expert like you! We have already prepared something for you: Our existing database is looking forward to being processed by you as a real sales professional! You maintain a good relationship with our existing customers and are in constant contact with them. Questions, requests, suggestions? You are the very first point of contact. Your successes need to be documented: In our CRM system Salesforce. There, you maintain complete contact data and add valuable insider information. You are also always on the safe side legally and comply with legal requirements (keyword: GDPR). Setter, Closer and Sales Management are a well-coordinated dream team that regularly reports to each other. You bring these qualifications to us: As a real sales talent, you could easily sell Jordan Belfort a pen at any time. You are passionate about sales and have not only found your profession here, but your calling. As a result, you already have several years of experience in this segment. Your communicative and outgoing nature means that you will be remembered positively by those around you for a long time to come. Accepting a “no” right from the start? That’s not your thing! You can wrap your conversation partners around your finger and convince them with the right arguments. You don’t let setbacks get you down either. Have you already gained experience in the security industry? All the better! You can handle CRM tools without any problems. You already have good PC user skills anyway. Our customers would like to meet you in person. That’s why you have a valid driver’s license so that you can be mobile. You are so self-motivated that you infect the entire team with it.
