Work Environment

This role will require you to work onsite at our Buffalo location, where you will directly interact with patients in a state-of-the-art facility. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while enabling you to focus on patient care without weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized patient goals and treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with patients, adhering to a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused care.
• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
• Advocate for non-surgical alternatives and minimize reliance on medication through evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Utilize your expertise to customize fitness and wellness programs specifically designed to meet patients' unique needs and preferences.
• Motivate and educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes that promote healthy living.
• Track patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans accordingly based on ongoing assessments.
• Document all provided services and patient interactions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements using EMR systems like WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time physical therapist position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
