This position is completely remote, utilizing a comprehensive telehealth platform that allows Mental Healthcare Providers to conduct therapy sessions at their convenience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients via phone calls, video calls, or messaging through our telehealth app, utilizing a structure that fosters open communication and trust.

• Provide mental health treatment for clients presenting with stable, low-acuity conditions during 30- or 45-minute sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals on our platform to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals dealing with various mental health conditions such as ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, relationship issues, and other challenges that can successfully be addressed through remote counseling. By selecting up to three client demographics, providers can tailor their focus to areas that align with their expertise, ensuring a fulfilling and effective practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid independent license for mental health counseling within the state of Florida, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Access to a reliable phone, PC or laptop (no tablets) and a high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless client communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Well-versed in various therapeutic modalities to better serve diverse client needs.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on the number of hours worked and client load.
